How It Works

With Red Envelope, you can send or receive USDC gifts via a shareable link. If a red envelope has more than two recipients, the system will automatically set a minimum claim amount to ensure reasonable distribution. All prize amounts are pre-calculated using a Double-Mean algorithm when the red envelope is created, and each recipient is then randomly assigned one of these pre-set amounts.

Note: Claims are final and cannot be reversed. Each user can only claim once per link, and it's first-come, first-served. Once all claims are taken, you'll see "All claimed!"

Setting Requirements

  • Minimum amount per claim: 1 USDC

  • Display currency: Users can choose their preferred currency when setting the total amount for cosmetic purposes only (e.g. culturally significant amounts like $8,888). All transactions are settled in USDC on Base.

  • Gas fees: All gas fees for creating and claiming are sponsored by Fluidkey.

Claiming

Recipients claim via the Fluidkey app and funds arrive instantly in USDC on Base. Each user can only claim once per red envelope.

Note: Both the sender and claimer's privacy is protected by stealth address technology throughout the process. The identity of the claimer is never revealed to the sender. Only claim amounts and timestamps are visible.

Withdrawal

The withdrawal window for unclaimed funds opens after the sender ends the red envelope, or after the campaign ends on March 1, 2026. After March 10, 2026, any remaining unclaimed funds will be automatically returned to the sender.

Lunar New Year Yield Boost Campaign

Boost Period: Feb 13 – Mar 15

Reward Claim: After Mar 15 (exact date please follow our X or join Telegram for updates, and we will also send app notifications).
