Fluidkey Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

By participating in this program, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms. Anything not covered here is governed by Fluidkey's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • The referral program is being rolled out in a limited set of regions to start. If you see the referral section in the Plus section of the app, you are eligible, and referred users from the same region are too.
  • Regional eligibility is based on the region registered when the referrer and referee complete identity verification (KYC) through the Bank feature. Fluidkey may adjust this list of eligible regions as needed. Referrers must have completed KYC.
  • Welcome bonus conditions: the referee must be a genuinely new user (someone who has not previously registered a Fluidkey account), must complete identity verification (KYC) through the Bank feature, and reach a $100 account balance within 30 days of joining.

2. How to Participate

Referrer

Share your unique referral code or link from the Referral section on the Plus page. This section shows figures such as your total referrals, referrals this month, and total rewards earned, so you can track your overall performance. To protect user privacy, a per-referee list or individual balance breakdown is not provided.

Referee

You can sign up through a referral link, which automatically applies the referral code. If the code isn't applied automatically, you can enter it manually within 7 days of creating your account. After this window, a code can no longer be added, and once a referral code has been applied, it cannot be changed.

3. General Terms

  • Specific reward structure, rates, and figures are subject to what is displayed in the app.
  • Fluidkey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time, and will notify users through official documentation, in-app announcements, or other reasonable channels.
  • If a user is found to abuse the referral program (including but not limited to self-referral, creating accounts under false identities, mass-distributing referral links through abnormal channels, or promoting the program with false claims such as guaranteed returns), Fluidkey reserves the right to terminate that user's eligibility and revoke any rewards.
  • Rewards paid under this program do not constitute investment advice and do not guarantee future returns.
  • In the event of any conflict between these terms and Fluidkey's Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
