Tokenised Stock Sprint Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Campaign open to select users who have completed identity verification (KYC).

Campaign Period The Tokenized Stock APY Reward applies to all tokenized stock holdings from September 1 to October 15, 2026. New participants must join by September 15, 2026 to qualify — after that date the pool is closed to new entrants, though existing participants continue earning through October 15. The boost activates as soon as you hold any balance of tokenized stock.

Reward Tiers Your tier is determined once, based on your average tokenized stock balance on August 1, 2026

• Frontier → 5% APY reward tier for the full period of the campaign.
• Hold any balance of tokenized stock at or above $30,000 by Sep 15th → 5% APY reward tier for the remainder of the campaign. Your tier is determined once, based on your average tokenized stock balance on September 15, 2026.

Frontier Status Users who hold at least $30,000 in tokenized stock by the September 15 cutoff and maintain that balance through October 15 will also be granted Frontier status.

How Rewards Are Calculated Rewards accrue at the applicable APY rate based on tokenized stock holdings during the campaign period, subject to the tier and eligibility rules above, and are aggregated into a single reward amount per account.

Claiming Rewards Rewards are capped at 2,000 USDC per account and are distributed in USDC on the Base network after October 15. Users must manually claim rewards in the "+" section.

This promotion applies where lawful. Fluidkey reserves the right to deny or withhold rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or gaming — including sybil behavior, wash activity, bot usage, or violations of our terms. Fluidkey may modify or close this promotion at any time without prior notice.
