Tokenised Stock Sprint Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Campaign open to select users who have completed identity verification (KYC).

Campaign Period The Tokenized Stock APY Reward Boost applies to all tokenized stock holdings from July 16 to August 31, 2026. New participants must join by August 1, 2026 to qualify — after that date the pool is closed to new entrants, though existing participants continue earning through August 31. The boost activates as soon as you hold any balance of tokenized stock.

Reward Tiers Your tier is determined once, based on your average tokenized stock balance on August 1, 2026

  • Hold any balance of tokenized stock below $30,000 by Aug 1st → 12% APY reward tier for the remainder of the campaign
  • Hold any balance of tokenized stock at or above $30,000 by Aug 1st → 20% APY reward tier for the remainder of the campaign, as long as your balance stays above $30,000

How Rewards Are Calculated APY rewards are calculated on a rolling weekly basis, using your 7-day average tokenized stock balance, and made claimable each week. For accounts on the 20% tier, any week where your average balance dips below $30,000 will be rewarded at 12% APY instead.

Claiming Rewards Rewards are capped at 1,000 USDC per account per week and are distributed in USDC on the Base network. The exact claim date will be announced via in-app notification. Users must manually claim rewards in the "+" section within 3 days of each weekly distribution.

Calculation Example (approximate estimate)

Suppose you hold tokenized stocks with a total value of $100,000 USD — any combination of tokens is eligible, for example: $10,000 of Stock Token A + $50,000 of Stock Token B + $40,000 of Stock Token C.

  • At 20% APY reward tier, calculated weekly: $100,000 × 20% ÷ 52 ≈ 385 USDC per week
  • If you join on Day 1 (July 16th) and hold through the full campaign (~6 weeks), your total reward would be appro ximately 385 × 6 ≈ 2,310 USDC.

This promotion applies where lawful. Fluidkey reserves the right to deny or withhold rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or gaming — including sybil behavior, wash activity, bot usage, or violations of our terms. Fluidkey may modify or close this promotion at any time without prior notice.
